摘要：
The effectiveness and sustainability of Sunshine Sports Project is affected by many factors; "Nutrition Buffet" Sunshine Sports Project liberates the PE teacher's teaching notion and allows students to flexibly make use of school facilities and their spare time to participate various physical exercises actively under the effective assessment and supervision system, which ensures the harmonious coexistence of the students' interest and physique and guarantees the effectiveness of the implementation of Sunshine Sports Project.
