摘要：
In the present paper, hitherto prevailing knowledge on the spiral aftereffect phenomenon, its interpretations and application in personality diagnostics, is analyzed. The latest researches on this phenomenon indicate its great significance in information processing, perception as well as in determining the psychophysical state of individuals. Examining of managers working in industry in Sweden by means of spiral aftereffect is pointed out here. Wider application of this phenomenon in mangers' diagnostics is proposed.
