摘要
A completely randomized design was used to study the amino acid composition of 11 randomly selected samples of the sorghum varieties UDG 110, CIAP 2, CIAP 6 and CIAP 9. The amino acid (AA) content of these varieties (g/kg DM) showed a close variation with no significant differences and there was a positive relationship in all cases with the CP. When the AA were expressed in g/16 g of N, the methionine, threonine, arginine, isoleucine, phenylalanine, alanine and aspartic acid differed significantly (P < 0.05) between varieties. A negative correlation was determined between the PLA expressed in g/16 g of N and CP for lysine, arginine, valine, histidine and glycine. The amino acid composition showed the low essential AA content compared to the non-essential AA. The study of the AA availability of these varieties could contribute to the analysis of their nutritive value.
