摘要
Point operators can control the certainty of aggregated arguments and get more intensive information in the process of decision making, and Choquet integral operator can consider correlations among arguments. In order to take full advantages of these two kinds of operators, in this paper, we define some point operators in q-rung orthopair fuzzy environment, and further combine the point operators with Choquet integral operator to propose some generalized q-rung orthopair fuzzy point-Choquet integral averaging operators (q-ROFGPCA). Moreover, a novel approach based on q-ROFGPCA operators for multi-attribute decision making in q-rung orthopair fuzzy context is introduced. Finally, a practical example is provided to show the validity of the new approach.
