Application of the DIN EN ISO 9000 ff. standards in small and medium enterprises (SME).

摘要：
Aside a high product quality, customer oriented SME usually show a rational works practice, flexibility regarding the wishes of the customers and efficient production. Without such basics SME cannot survive. But, often SME are subjected industrial rules regarding their QM system, as for instance by recommendation of certification or of customer audits. The present contribution shows, how the DIN EN ISO 9000 ff. standards can be applied to SME considering the size of such companies.
