摘要
To study ecological environment security of fossil energy of countries along "one belt and one road" is very important for the exchange and cooperation of "one belt and one road" construction, and is also an important prerequisite for the construction of "one belt and one road". Based on three dimensions including fossil energy, ecological environment and social economic development, this paper constructs a framework for evaluating the ecological environment security of fossil energy with 16 indicators. With the method of subjective and objective weighting, the ecological environments security of fossil energy of countries along "one belt and one road" has been comprehensively evaluated. The results show that the ecological environment security of fossil energy of countries along the "one belt and one road" is facing great challenges. Only 2 countries in 65 countries are "safe", while the number of "dangerous" and "relatively dangerous" countries reach 31, accounting for 47.69% of the sample countries. At the same time, the spatial distribution of fossil energy ecological and environmental security is significantly different: "safe", "relatively safe" and "generally safe" countries are mainly in Southeast Asia and Central and Eastern Europe, while "dangerous" and "relatively dangerous" countries are mainly in West Asia, North Africa, Central Asia and South Asia. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
