摘要
The impetus of enterprises continual innovation comes from the innovative corporate culture. Innovative corporate culture can enhance employees' satisfaction, advance employees' working performance and innovative performance, and finally promote organizational innovation. People's economic behavior is embedded in the social network. Therefore, this study analyzes corporate culture from social network embeddedness perspective. This study first analyzes what the innovative corporate culture and the social network embededness are, and then analyzes the relationships of innovative corporate culture, the social network employees embedded and employees' innovative performance. On this basis, this paper built a model of innovative corporate culture mechanism based on social network. This study found that the innovative corporate culture affects employees' psychology and decision-making process through social networks, and encourages innovative performance as a result.
