摘要
The present research "Quantitative Methods applied in decisions making within companies" had as general objective to analyze if the companies of Lucas do Rio Verde and Tapurah use quantitative methods in their decision making. The work was carried out with bibliographical material and through a questionnaire with sixteen questions that contained three questions about the interviewee's characteristic and the others related to the specific objectives of our work, which were applied to accountants and company administrators. Methodologically our research involved an inductive approach and a qualitative study. To interpret the data, we used charts and tables that compared the answers given in the questionnaires. The realization of this study was justified by the need for new concepts for making decisions that only tend to improve the performance of the company.
