摘要
The number of registered trademarks is increasing tremendously in recent years. In order to retrieve a similar looking trademark from a large trademark database, we propose a hybrid content based trademark retrieval method using region and contour features. Experiments have been conducted on the MPEG-7 Core Experiment CE-Shape-1 database of 1400 images and a collected trademark database of 2000 images. The retrieval results are very encouraging.
