Synthesis of new CF3-containing pyridazinone and lactam derivatives

摘要：
The paper presents the convertion of the bifunctional intermediate gamma-keto-thioester (6), into new of pyridazin-3-ones (8) and lactam (9), by reaction with hydrazine derivatives. The structures of all new compounds were ascribed using I D (F-19, H-1, C-13) NMR data that confirmed their structure. The possible reaction mechanisms for the synthesis of pyridazinones (8) and lactam (9) are presented.
