摘要
How can we conceptually define the regulation strategy? What does the European Union want to achieve through its own legislative system and how is the decentralization process of the decision making mechanism conceived in the system? The two issues raised above try to capture the essence of the European model from the legislative point of view. The understanding of the European model can only be gained through detailing the regulation strategy and the necessity of common policies, which have to be supervised and coordinated by adjusting some possible errors of the market. The coercions inherent in any economic system must be thoroughly analyzed by the members of the system through the framework of a cost-benefit analysis. There is no doubt that the adherence to the European system brings extra credibility and attracts the economies of the member states, but the costs that accompany these advantages should not be overlooked
