摘要
This paper develops an intergrate system of Magnetic optical imaging with Magnetic Barkhausen noise (MBN) measurement system to synchronize the in-situ view of both micro and macro magnetic properties in grain oriented electrical steel. Statistical properties of Magnetic Barkhausen Noise (MBN) with 180 degrees domain wall (DW) are proposed for stress characterization. The paper also investigates the influence of magnetic domain structure on the statistical properties of MBN for different grain area. It is shown that the root mean square and skewness features of MBN are highly correlated with stress as well as the grain characteristics. Specifically, the interplay between grain boundary ( GB), stress and DW dynamics are investigated based on the MBN analysis. Results clearly suggest that the MBN pulses around GB have a significant difference from that in the interiors of grains. GB characteristics, which are various grain shape and orientation, affect the DW dynamics and statistical properties of MBN.
