摘要
Industrial clusters help local enterprises overcome growth constraints and compete in distant markets in advanced and less developed countries so that make them upgrade in the value chains. In this study, we focus on the analysis of the relationships existing between clustering, global value chains, upgrading, and sectoral patterns Of innovation in china. Point out the situation and position of China's industries in the global value chains, then give some advices to upgrade by multinational corporations and fostering innovative clusters.
