摘要
Cyclic voltammetry studies of putidaredoxin reductase (PdR) were carried out on graphite working electrodes, with comparative scans of the co-factor FAD. STM observations were performed to investigate the adsorption of PdR at the surface of HOPG and gold(111) surfaces under aqueous (buffered) conditions. Images of single molecules of PdR were observed under both conditions. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
