摘要
The aim of this study is to describe how to build the critical thinking of conflict understanding to the millennials. Building the conflict understanding to the Millennials is based on the fact that there are differ-ences in value systems and behavioral patterns. The method used in this study is critical discourse with Teun Vand Dijk model which is divided into three: on the dimensions of social, social cognition, and text. The result of this study is that critical thinking of conflict understanding becomes a necessity in accordance with the development of the current era. This is important so that the Millennials are not easily affected by the uncertain news. Pancasila (the Five Principles) as the basis of the state must remain inherent in the Millennials. What is expected after the critical thinking of conflict is the Millennials' ability to manage the conflict. The problem-solving strategy of conflict resolution is one of the strategies offered in the conflict resolution.
