Diagnosis and treatment of ejaculatory dysfunction

Ejaculatory dysfunction encompasses a variety of disorders with individualized treatments. Although a relatively uncommon cause of male infertility, ejaculatory dysfunction represents an interesting infertility challenge to the treating physician. In this article, the normal anatomy and physiology of the ejaculatory process are reviewed. The various types of ejaculatory dysfunction encountered in clinical practice are then discussed, along with treatment options.
