摘要：

Education and School Management Platforms (ESMP) determines in a large scale the quality of school institutions especially in administrative aspect. There are several platforms with limited services depending where those platforms are applicable. We designed and implemented a new web system which covers several new features from administrative tasks, students requests, quality assurance, and professors evaluation including also video conferences and broadcasting.
