摘要：

This paper applies project management theory to analyze environmental management of construction project from the point of view of a project manager. The manager can improve the performance through using process management model. The point of view which is analyzed in this paper, controlling the conceivable environmental factors, should be an important part of project management. It can also be considered as the complementarily and exploration of project management.
