On quasi-slant submanifolds of an almost Hermitian manifold

摘要：

Quasi-slant submanifolds of an almost Hermitian manifold are defined in this paper as a generalization of slant submanifolds introduced by B. Y. CHEN. We prove their basic properties, obtain sufficient conditions for such a manifold to be a slant submanifold and show examples.
