Flexible Generation of Orbital Angular Momentum (OAM) Mode Array by Employing Phase Grating

摘要
We introduce a new method for the flexible generation of OAM array with different power distributions. By designing different phase gratings, 5x5 OAM mode arrays are successfully generated with output power controlled. Moreover, the diffraction efficiency is above 900%.
