摘要
Accomplishment transformation of science and technology is an important way to raise performance, independent creative ability and national comprehensive ability. Knowledge Management and Talent Management are key factors for it. The article offers key coupling districts and coupling index of Knowledge Management with Talent Management in accomplishment transformation of science and technology. Using multi-dimension gray connection evaluation method, we could measure coupling result, gain coupling information and find coupling deviation. So we could raise the ability of accomplishment transformation of science and technology, through raising coupling of Knowledge Management with Talent Management by adopting strategy.
