摘要：
The thesis first reviews the concepts of traditional economics about inter-corporate technological innovation. It points out that virtual enterprise is an important organizational form of intercorporate technology innovation. Then it analyzes virtual enterprise from the angle of new socioeconomics, new institutional economics, externality theory and social capital theories. On the basis of discussing problems of governance structure of virtual enterprise, it finally puts forward the governance logic of virtual enterprise.
