摘要
The electron gun with field emission cathode (FEC) was developed. It is a multi-purpose electron gun, which could be used for replacement of electron gun with hot cathode in different emission devices. A cathode ray tube lighting element of a triode vacuum tube [1] and compact x-ray tube [2] was manufactured as an application of electron gun by replacing conventional unit with hot cathode.
