摘要
The influence of the electret effect on the filtering and separation properties of polymer nonwoven fabrics obtained by the Spanbond method with a density of 17 and 20 g / m(2), as well as in the combination of polymer nonwoven fabric and paper filter. It was revealed that the presence of an energy barrier caused by the presence of an electret charge leads to a decrease in the rate of filtration through polymer cloths. The purity of the resulting filtrate when using electret cloths is 20-22% higher compared to the original polypropylene webs. The use of two-layer filter materials allows increasing the separation capacity by 35-40%.
