Efficiency increasing of series resonant inverter with unidirectional switches

摘要
In this paper two ways to increase the efficiency of the half-bridge Series Resonant Inverters (SRI) with unidirectional switches are presented. Firstly, increasing the power by using the overlapped operation mode is analized and experimental results are presented. Secondly, via pSPICE simulation, the Zero Voltage Switching (ZVS) control for minimum switch power losses is established.
