摘要：

This article discusses the important role of ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis and monitoring of paediatric rheumatic diseases, including recent scientific work on the development and standardisation of musculoskeletal ultrasound in children. An overview of the most important practical aspects and new advances in the use of musculoskeletal ultrasound are presented.
