摘要
A new laser non-contact sensor system is introduced in this report. It has a long working distance and is applicable to measure displacement, position and inclination of a work surface. In the system two laser diodes and a position -sensitive detector are. used. The sensor system has already been used in an automatic measuring machine of autocar gearbody, and is applicable to measurement of face-pulse of the gearbody. Growing quality requirements and the need for immediate reactions in modem industry demand a non-contact, fast and fully automatic measuring instruments for reliable and objective quality control. This laser non-contact sensor has coaxial light and is set at the direction perpendicular to the working surface. The sensor can work against disturbance. It is applicable on production line for automatic measurement.
