摘要
Good software cost models cab significantly help software project managers. With good models, project stakeholders can make informed decisions about how to manage resources, how to control and plan the protect, or how to deliver the project on time, on schedule, and on budget. Off-the-shelf "untuned" models have been up to 600 percent inaccurate in their estimates., So, the wise manager uses a cost model built from local.
