摘要：
On the basis of analyzing the evaluation index of the debt financing efficiency of the real estate SME, combined with the related theory of matter element analysis, it is applied to the comprehensive evaluation of the debt financing efficiency of the real estate SME. The example shows that it is effective and feasible.
