摘要：
In this chapter, the author firstly discusses the definition and attribution of MICE intellectual rights protection, then describes the main characteristics of intellectual rights infringement in China. After that, main reasons and problems for intellectual rights infringement of MICE events are analyzed in details. At the end, several suggestions on improving the current intellectual rights protection of Chinese MICE events are provided, which may contribute for further researches.
