摘要
Further development in the field of creating elements of nanophotonics and diffractive microoptics with new functional properties requires the improvement of technologies for micro- and nanostructuring of optical materials. The article analyzes the key development stages of diffractive optics technologies and the main scientific results achieved in recent years in research and development of micro- and nanostructuring technologies for photonics applications.
