摘要
The boundary-layer similarity flow driven over a semi-infinite flat plate by a power-law shear with asymptotic velocity profile u(e)(y) = beta y(a) (y -> infinity, beta > 0) is considered. Theoretical analysis is reported to derive a range of exponents alpha and amplitudes beta for which similarity solutions exist.
