Labor contract law has first regulated the employee dispatching .The aim of the law is to limit the development of the employee dispatching; however, employee dispatching has appeared abnormal prosperity. To solve this problem, the author maintains that all kinds of administrative measures should be applied and finds the proper administrative power to regulate the dispatching position. Specified, the threshold of the labor dispatching should be enhanced and restrict it reasonable scope. Establish license and permitting system is essential, through which can raise the capability of bearing the responsibility of the dispatched unit. Furthermore, make clear the dispatched worker's equal right, labor protection and attend the worker union. All in all, make independent labor dispatched law is the best way to solve the dispatched labor problem.
