摘要
The photoluminescence (PL) and thermally stimulated luminescence (TSL) properties of CaSO4: Sm and CaSO4: Ce,Sm are studied. After X irradiation of CaSO4: Sm, an obvious Sm3+/Sm2+ redox process is observed. The Ce co-doping is responsible for the presence of an intense TSL peak at about 485/500 degrees C, showing an interesting application in high temperature radiation dosimetry.
