摘要：
This paper discusses the development of a nickel alloy, RR1000, for disc rotor applications in Rolls-Royce aircraft engines and examines a method to increase the temperature capability of the alloy by a further 25 degrees C, through the development of a coarse grain microstructure in selected areas of disc forgings.
