摘要
Teamwork is the most widespread form of performing complex professional tasks, for the realisation of which the knowledge from various professional areas, or specialised knowledge of the same or similar professional areas is needed. The purpose of creating teams and teamwork is to integrate knowledge and experience of the team members with the purpose of solving the same problem. This paper deals with teamwork and supervision of teams by considering the significance and characteristics of the teamwork, analysing the usual types of relationships between the team members, and by presenting the reasons for greater or lesser successfulness of different teams. The second part of the paper is focused on the supervision of teams which means the process that enables the team members to reflect on the relationships and communication within the team, as well as the analysis and evaluation of the manner in which common professional tasks and problems are solved.
