摘要：
VAIN is much rarer than the equivalent dysplastic changes found in the cervix but may accompany cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. VAIN is also HPV induced and may be an extension of a cervical lesion or a satellite Lesion. VAIN lesions are usually asymptomatic and detected by cytologic screening. Lesions can be excised, vaporized or treated locally with medical therapies. The incidence of vaginal cancer is very rare. (c) 2006 International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics.
