Developments in two-dimensional electrophoresis on microfluidic chips

摘要
The research of two dimensional (2D) capillary electrophoresis on microfluidic chips and its applications in life science, including micellar electrokinetic chromatography coupled with capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE), isoelectric focusing-CZE, open-channel electrochromatography-CZE, and some other 2D modes in microfluidic chips, have been summarized. Future development of 2D microfluidic chip and its applications are prospected.
