摘要
A great application potential of organocatalysts has been displayed in asymmetric oxidation. Asymmetric epoxidation of alpha,beta-unsaturated aldehyde/ketone as well as olefin, and asymmetric alpha-hydroxylation of carbonyl compounds catalyzed by various types of organocatalysts are reviewed in this paper. The characteristics and mechanism of organocatalysis are also depicted in detail.
