摘要
The biological scaffold can be applied to the stereo culture of cells to provide a good living environment. Stimulation of cells in bioreactors is a key area of research in biomechanics and regenerative medicine; it can create a three-dimensional space similar to the in vivo environment to proliferate high-quality cells that are difficult to culture in culture systems. The organic combination of cell tissue engineering and in vitro perfusion culture is the key technology for in vitro culture of cell tissue. A new type of in vitro perfusion system has been developed in this paper, basing on laboratory universal consumables and six-well plates, combining different bracket material shapes, including cuboids, cubes, cylinders, and triangular prisms, Designing a reasonable mold with reverse thinking, Sealing caps suitable for four different scaffolds were prepared by 3D printing and pouring technology. With the use of peristaltic pumps, catheters, liquid storage bottle, joints, etc., an in vitro perfusion system for cell tissue engineering is built. The system has the characteristics of simple operation, flexible collocation and strong practicability.
