摘要
With the continuous development of smart grid and demand response, the role of users has changed. The load regarded as rigid load is showing elasticity and the traditional indexes of load characteristic cannot fully excavate the potential information of the load in smart grid environment. Based on the traditional load characteristics and the traditional indexes of load characteristic, this paper discusses the new load characteristics participating in demand response under the market environment. The new indexes of load characteristic such as load regulation ability, temporal characteristics of load regulation, the temperature elasticity and the price elasticity have been researched in depth, and the new index system of load characteristic has been put forward to describe the potential of the user participating in demand response projects. On the basis of the new index system of load characteristic, the user selection model based on entropy weight method is provided according to the different requirements of demand response projects to load characteristics at the end of this paper.
