摘要
A Simple finite-difference time-domain(FDTD) method based on regular Cartesian Yee's lattice is developed for calculating the dispersion diagram of triangular lattice photonic crystals(PCs). Numerical results from two-dimentional(2-D) FDTD agrees well with plane wave expansion(PWE) method.
