摘要
The research was developed based on the ergonomics of university teachers during the pandemic generated by COVID-19, creating abrupt changes in all sectors, especially in education. Affecting the modality of work from face-to-face to virtual or online, which offered solutions to this crisis, but generated intensity of working hours in teachers, since the activities were extended due to teleworking, causing ergonomic risks, affecting the health of university teachers in times of pandemic. A qualitative study was carried out to 20 teachers, based on books or statistical data of research conducted, where information was found about the health problems that are deployed to have bad posture in telework. When reflecting on the parameters of the regulations governing the modality of telework is related to the occupational risks that this comprises, with the ergonomic position that the teacher maintains in front of the computer, which achieved the development of the teaching-learning process, directing in a good way the prevention of occupational health, in addition to occupational diseases. The discernment of the ergonomic risks is significant because it seeks the well-being of the teacher in the telework or virtual modality.
