摘要
Knowledge Management (KM) is the identification and analysis of available and required knowledge, and the subsequent planning and control of actions, to develop "knowledge assets" that enable businesses to generate profits and improve their competitive positions. This paper takes a brief look at business intelligence and knowledge management, several examples of business intelligence products are summarized, it is followed an analysis about how business intelligence products supporting knowledge management on its strategic planning, implementation, technology application and assessment. It is aimed to provide products of business intelligence likely to be used most frequently in knowledge management.
