摘要
In recent years, people gradually pay much attention to sensemaking, but less to the organizational sensemaking under the conditions with stakeholders' participation. In fact, the leader cannot accomplish organizational sensemaking alone. The stakeholders are sure to participate in sensemaking process more or less. But there are less researches about this topic, especially lack of the theoretical frame. Basing on reviewing past researches, this paper examines the main contents and various types of organizational sensemaking process. And by analyzing data and summarizing, this paper puts forward four factors that influence the form of sensemaking: issue character, organizational character, actors' character, and other uncertainties, perfect frame the theories.
