摘要
FCIP technology can realize the interconnection of SAN islands. However, FCIP has few distinguishing features, and some vendors try to develop a blade server for FCIP gateway in fibre channel switches. According to the idea of storage virtualization, we come up with an implementation of end-to-end connection of SAN, and this method doesn't need to special FCIP gateway devices.
