摘要
Dynamic development of automation and digitalization significantly affects not only new forms of production and services, but above all the whole society. Changes in the nature of work, its organization and its forms naturally affect the execution of specific types of qualifications and competencies. This leads to changes in demand on the labour market and in connection with its potential also to changes in the location and the cost of human labour. Societal impacts can be traced in the fields of employment, legislation, tax policy, and content and form of education. The aim of this paper is to present the outputs of selected statistical data analysis of the labour market in the Czech Republic in the context of the results of the OECD study "Job Creation and Local Economic Development 2018: Preparing for the Future of Work" published in Paris 18 September 2018.
