摘要
In this paper, a double-grating sheet beam extended interaction oscillator (SB-EIO) based on 0.14THz is designed and optimized. The resonant cavity is operated in TM110-2a mode. By comparing the beam-wave interaction characteristics of single output and double output structures, it is found that the double output structure can increase the peak power to 4.111kW and the beam-wave interaction efficiency is 1.3%. At the same time, the electron flow rate has also been increased by about 8%.
