摘要
Carbon nanotube was synthesized by decomposition of ethylene over oxidized diamond-supported catalysts at a relatively mild temperature. We focused on the effect of Fe, Ni, Co, and Ni-Fe, Co-Fe, and Ni-Fe-loaded oxidized diamond catalysts on the growth and inner structure of the carbon nanotubes. From the result of Raman spectrum, it can be seen that synthesized carbon nanotube over bimetal oxidized diamond catalysts had a high G/D ratio. Synthesized carbon nanotubes had a clear hollow structure.
