摘要
The following project leads us to study and materialize the creation of an electromyograph implemented in a prosthesis for low-income people and their limitations with the need to improve their quality of life, for which a hand prosthesis was implemented, which allows to the upper extremity it performs several movements and that dearly constitute a limitation in the absence of it. The prosthesis consists of a mechanical part that is identified by the construction of the hand, motors and pulley system; an electronic part characterized by the EMG signal acquisition and conditioning system that includes the amplification and filtering stage; and the control system which consists of H-bridges so that the motors rotate in both directions, resistive sensors to generate the proper pressure of the hand, angular position sensors that are the ones that check the angle at which the fingers are located and an Arduino UNO that receives the signal, processes it, controls the position of the fingers and the pressure they exert on objects , controls the speed of the motors, the ignition time and which activate in their different movements. EMG signals were displayed in a user interface, developed in a high-level language such as LabVIEW, allowing digital processing of the action potentials of forearm muscles for analysis. A reliable EMG signal was obtained from the conditioning stage, which allowed threshold levels for finger activation to be established.
